We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to support our client's Plastic Surgery practice. The adecuado candidate is fully fluent in English and Spanish, brings hands-on experience using Office Ally for patient scheduling and insurance verification, and excels at managing front-office administration, patient communications, and intake coordination with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all inbound and outbound patient communications with clear, professional phone etiquette.

- Perform insurance verification and pre-authorization to confirm patient eligibility and coverage details prior to visits.

- Manage patient scheduling, consultation calendars, and appointment coordination.

- Utilize Office Ally to process patient check-ins, update medical records, and maintain clinical logs.

- Provide comprehensive front-office administrative support to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements





- Bilingual: Full fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.

- Insurance Verification: Prior experience verifying health insurance benefits and eligibility is required.

- EMR Experience: Direct hands-on experience using Office Ally is strongly preferred.

- Professionalism: Excellent organizational skills, phone etiquette, and patient-service standards suitable for a specialty practice.

- Schedule: Must be available full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, PST.

Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a starting pay rate of $6 per hour, depending on skill set and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, PST.
