About the Opportunity

At Profesor X, we are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Medellín. This is an excellent opportunity for bilingual professionals who want to develop their careers while supporting leading law firms and medical providers in the United States.

What You'll Do

- Answer inbound and outbound calls in English.
- Provide exceptional customer support and client assistance.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements ✅ English level B2 or higher

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Customer-focused attitude

✅ Excellent organization and time management skills

✅ Basic computer proficiency and Microsoft Office knowledge

No previous experience required. Paid training provided.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, Virtual Assistance,



Administrative Support, or Client Success.
- Technical or university studies are a plus.
