We are looking for bilinguals Customer Service Representatives with strong written communication skills and experience assisting customers through chat and email. Requirements
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent).
At least 6 months of experience in customer service through chat and email.
Excellent written communication, grammar, and spelling in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
Availability to work on-site in Bogotá.
Job Details
Salary: COP $1,400,000 per month.
Working hours: 21 hours per week.
Schedule: Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work arrangement: On-site.
Contract duration: Through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension depending on operational needs.
Start date: November 9, 2026.
