Bilingual Cold Caller & Roadshow Interpreter (Spanish–English)
Contract | Colombia-based preferred | Campaign: 10 November–18 December 2026
Castilion Estates is looking for a native Spanish speaker with strong spoken English to support our Colombian roadshow campaign. The role combines outbound calls to prospective clients with Spanish–English interpretation during the in-person roadshow.
What you’ll do
- Call prospective clients in Colombia, introduce the opportunity and understand their interest.
- Qualify leads, arrange follow-up conversations and record call outcomes accurately in our CRM.
- Interpret conversations between Spanish-speaking prospects and our English-speaking team during the roadshow.
- Help ensure that questions, requirements and next steps are clearly understood by both sides.
- Represent Castilion Estates professionally in calls and in person.
What we’re looking for
- Native-level Spanish and confident spoken English.
- Clear, professional communication on the phone and in person.
- Experience in cold calling, sales, lead generation,
customer service or interpretation is an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and handling conversations professionally.
- Based in Colombia, or able to work Colombia business hours and attend the roadshow in person.
- Available for the campaign period and the roadshow dates.
Work arrangement
- Contract position for the campaign period: 10 November–18 December 2026.
- Calling work can be done remotely from Colombia.
- In-person attendance is required during the roadshow: city and dates will be shared.
