What You'll Do

As an Auto Hauling Carrier Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in coordinating vehicle transportation, negotiating competitive rates, and building strong relationships with carriers to ensure efficient and timely deliveries. You'll:

- Negotiate freight rates with auto hauling carriers.
- Source, develop, and maintain relationships with reliable vehicle transport carriers.
- Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries across different locations.
- Manage daily shipments and ensure timely transportation.
- Monitor market conditions, carrier availability, and pricing trends.
- Communicate load details, updates, and requirements to carriers and internal teams.
- Resolve transportation issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to expand the carrier network and improve operational efficiency.




- Meet and exceed monthly performance and sales goals.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and updates in internal systems.

What We're Looking For ✔️ Advanced English — spoken and written (mandatory).

✔️ Must reside in Colombia (mandatory).

✔️ Experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, logistics, or account management preferred.

✔️ Auto hauling or vehicle transportation experience is a strong plus.

✔️ Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills.

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

✔️ Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.

✔️ Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

✔️ Willingness to work adaptable hours when needed.

✔️ Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
