JOB TITLE: Associate, Content Delivery

JOB LOCATION: Bogota (Hybrid)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Content Delivery Associate supports Content Delivery lead and Manager in executing end-to-end delivery for 360° global campaigns (TV/OLV/CTV, digital, social, audio, DOOH, in-store, etc.). This role translates media and platform requirements into clear deliverable lists and specs, supports CID and taxonomy assignment, routes for linear clearance, performs QC of files and links, and keeps delivery trackers and documentation up-to-date. The Associate is a key operational partner to Content Delivery leads, Producers, post-production, media/ad ops, Business Affairs, Talent and Asset Managers.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple tasks with multiple teams and meet tight deadlines.
- Delivery and detail oriented, with strong ownership of getting creative assets delivered accurately to spec and on time.
- Production-literate: understands how creative moves from production, edit/finishing to distribution and live placement across channels.
- Operationally disciplined: follows standardized workflows, trackers, checklists, and tools.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative across production, post, media, business affairs, talent, legal and vendors.
- A quick, eager learner who remains calm under pressure and solves problems in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to interpret paid media buys and translate them into traffic instructions and creative distribution orders; comfortable fielding station/platform calls regarding creative and traffic instruction needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Learn and progressively take on each task and responsibility within the Content Delivery Associate role.
- Assist in coordinating project workflows, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and delivered on time.
- Translate production deliverables lists and platform spec sheets into clear, final delivery deliverables lists.
- Support integral linear pre-clearance and final clearance routing, ensuring required assets, supers, and documentation are accurately submitted, tracked, and updated.
- Assign and validate CIDs and creative taxonomy, maintaining accurate metadata in required tools and trackers.
- Prepare and organize final delivery packages, including asset lists, file names, CIDs, usage details, and specs.
- Coordinate with producers, post houses, OP Studio, and vendors to ensure all required assets and elements are received, documented, and ready for delivery.
- Perform first-line QC on assets and delivery links, log issues, coordinate fixes, and update trackers once resolved.
- Maintain trackers and documentation, provide concise status updates, support meeting prep, and help apply workflow standardization.
- Prep creative distribution orders, traffic instructions (Manual or DDS/Prisma/Straffic) to stations/platforms in alignment with the paid media buy, provide proofs of delivery (PODs) to key stakeholders and report creative use to Talent team.
- Create jobs, estimates, and POs for vendor hard costs and support processing for on-time payment.
