We're looking for an experienced Art & Print Producer to join our team and support high-impact entertainment marketing campaigns across multiple markets.

This role combines creative expertise, technical precision, and production management to ensure the seamless delivery of key art, print, Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), and digital campaign assets.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, embraces innovation, and uses AI tools as an integral part of their daily workflow.

What You'll Do

- Lead the finishing, adaptation, localization, and delivery of creative assets across print and digital platforms.
- Ensure creative consistency, brand accuracy, and technical excellence across multiple formats and markets.
- Coordinate production workflows with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Oversee artwork localization, color management, proofing, quality control, and final asset delivery.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize production, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.
- Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot production issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in art and print production within an entertainment studio, creative agency, or production environment.




- Fluent English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong technical knowledge of print production, RGB/CMYK workflows, color management, and high-resolution artwork finishing.
- Hands-on experience with retouching, compositing, artwork extensions, adaptations, and localization.
- Expertise in OOH, DOOH, digital, display, and other print production formats.
- AI-native mindset: Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into everyday creative production, with the ability to demonstrate practical applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
