Are you the person everyone calls when an e-commerce platform starts acting up??

When orders get stuck, APIs stop responding, or a critical service throws an unexpected error, you know how to investigate, find the root cause, and get things moving again.

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Application Support Analyst to support a high-traffic e-commerce platform used by a global business. You’ll work across applications, integrations, and technical teams to keep critical services running smoothly.

Picture this: An order isn’t going through. You investigate the logs, run SQL queries, test the API, and trace the issue across connected systems. If it’s a bug, you document the findings and work with the development team toward a fix. That’s the kind of problem-solving we need.

You’ll work with tools and systems such as SQL, REST APIs, Oracle, SAP, Jira, Jenkins, and Azure, collaborating with technical and business teams to resolve incidents and improve support processes.

✅ What you need:

- 3–5 years of experience in L2 application or technical support.
- Strong SQL skills for investigation and data analysis.
- Experience testing and troubleshooting REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Ability to analyze logs and use Python, Shell, or similar scripting tools to investigate issues.




- Experience with incident and ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience documenting issues, escalating bugs, and working closely with developers.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- English B2 or higher, written and spoken.
- A degree or technical/technological education in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

➕ Bonus points:

- Experience supporting e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Azure, Oracle, SAP, or Jenkins.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Glassbox, Grafana, Kibana, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and Agile environments.
