Analytics Engineer (dbt & Redshift) at BairesDev
As an Analytics Engineer, you will bridge data engineering and analytics by turning raw data into trusted, well-modeled datasets. Your work will empower teams to make faster and more confident decisions.
What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable, well-documented data models that support analytics and reporting.
- Transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets using modular, version-controlled workflows.
- Optimize warehouse performance and query efficiency for growing data volumes.
- Implement data quality tests and monitoring to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions.
- Document data assets and promote best practices across the analytics team.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise building and testing data transformations with dbt.
- Hands-on experience working with Amazon Redshift as a data warehouse.
- Advanced SQL skills and solid knowledge of dimensional data modeling.
- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD applied to data workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
