AI Analyst

About the Role

OGS is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled AI Analyst to help accelerate our AI and automation journey across the organization. This role will play a critical part in identifying opportunities to enhance business operations through Artificial Intelligence, automation, and intelligent process optimization.

The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging technologies, has hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions, and can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to develop scalable solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and business value.

What You'll Do

- Identify and assess opportunities to automate and optimize business processes across multiple business functions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into technical solutions and user stories.
- Design, build, and implement AI-powered solutions, intelligent agents, chatbots, and process automations.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate AI and automation technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support the adoption and scaling of AI initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with Security, Technology, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and sustainable implementations.
- Present technical concepts and AI solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the development and execution of OGS's long-term AI and automation strategy.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and automation.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5+ years of experience in AI, Automation,



Technology Consulting, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Process Improvement, or related technical disciplines.
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI-powered or automation solutions in a business environment.
- Experience developing and implementing agents, bots, workflows, or other intelligent automation solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, automation platforms, and data-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and process optimization methodologies.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
- Knowledge of data analytics concepts and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to demonstrate examples of successful AI or automation projects delivered.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Innovation initiatives.
- Experience working with multiple AI platforms, large language models (LLMs), and automation technologies.
- Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing AI technologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems and operational business processes.
- Experience working within large, matrixed, integral organizations.
- Exposure to process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives.
