What You'll Do

✅ Provide outstanding customer service to members and benefits participants

✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy

✅ Research and resolve healthcare benefit inquiries accurately and efficiently

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless member experience

✅ Meet service, productivity, and quality goals in a fast-paced environment

✅ Support increased call volumes during our busiest benefits season

What We're Looking For

✔ At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center operations, claims processing, phone support, or similar roles

✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔ Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team





✔ English proficiency at a B2+ level (required)

✔ Resume/CV must be submitted in English (required)

Nice to Have

⭐ Experience in healthcare, employee benefits, or Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) programs

⭐ Previous Open Enrollment or seasonal support experience

⭐ Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
