At Profesor X, we're looking for motivated and detail-oriented bilingual professionals to join our growing team as Bilingual Administrative Agents. In this role, you'll provide administrative support to law firms and medical offices across the United States while developing your communication and professional skills in an international environment.

What you'll do: ✅ Answer and manage inbound calls in English

✅ Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars

✅ Assist clients and team members with administrative tasks

✅ Organize and maintain sensitive documentation

✅ Provide professional support to U.S.-based legal and healthcare offices

✅ Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent customer service

What we're looking for: ✔️ English level B2 or higher (conversational)

✔️ High school diploma (technical or professional studies are a plus)

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





✔️ Strong organizational and time-management abilities

✔️ Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude

✔️ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

No previous experience required. Paid training provided!
