We are seeking a motivated Junior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our Payment Integrity team in Bogotá, Colombia. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career software developer to gain hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting secure, scalable enterprise healthcare applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, Type Script, and SQL Server. You will work alongside experienced developers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders in a collaborative Agile environment. You will also have opportunities to expand your technical skills, contribute to modern engineering practices, and leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to support coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.Location: Bogotá, ColombiaWork arrangement: On-site at CGI's Bogotá office

How you'll make an impact

- Develop, enhance, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, Type Script, and SQL Server
- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Type Script
- Assist in developing RESTful APIs, backend services, business logic, and database integration components
- Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access logic using SQL Server and Entity Framework Core or similar ORM technologies
- Implement application features based on user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria while following established development standards
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, defect resolution, and application performance improvements with guidance from senior developers
- Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated test cases to support application quality, security, and reliability
- Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to support coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while validating AI-generated outputs
- Collaborate with developers, technical leads, QA engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to support healthcare Payment Integrity solutions and Agile delivery activities
- Contribute to technical documentation, application support,



and continuous improvement initiatives while developing knowledge of secure coding, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices

What you'll bring

- At least 1 year of software development experience using Cand .NET, or equivalent experience gained through internships, academic projects, or practical software development projects
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of C#, object-oriented programming, and .NET technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Web API, or MVC
- Familiarity with frontend development using Angular, Type Script, Java Script, HTML, and CSS
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, HTTP, and web application development concepts
- Basic understanding of Entity Framework Core or comparable ORM technologies and database integration
- Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts, debugging techniques, version control, and Git
- Familiarity with unit testing, automated testing concepts, and software quality practices
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and receive feedback
- Ability to work on-site at CGI's Bogotá, Colombia office and collaborate effectively with distributed engineering teams

Desired qualifications / Strongly Preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Exposure to .NET 6, .NET 8 or later, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or other Dev Ops tools and practices
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, application logging, monitoring, design patterns, SOLID principles, and secure coding practices
- Exposure to healthcare, health insurance, claims processing, Payment Integrity, or financial systems, including awareness of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy concepts
- Experience or interest in using AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Gemini Code Assist, or similar technologies to improve software engineering productivity
