We are seeking a skilled Dev Ops Engineer to join our team supporting healthcare Payment Integrity solutions in Bogotá, Colombia. In this hands-on role, you will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation to support secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise applications. You will work with technologies including Terraform, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and modern Dev Ops tooling. You will collaborate with developers, QA engineers, architects, security professionals, and operations teams to improve software delivery, infrastructure automation, and operational reliability. You will also contribute to CGI's AI-first delivery approach by exploring AI-assisted engineering tools to enhance automation, troubleshooting, testing, and technical documentation.Location: Bogotá, ColombiaWork arrangement: On-site at CGI's Bogotá office

How you'll make an impact

- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate application builds, testing, security scanning, packaging, and deployments across multiple environments
- Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure as code practices across AWS, GCP, and hybrid environments
- Develop reusable Terraform modules, automation scripts, and standardized deployment configurations to improve infrastructure consistency, scalability, and maintainability
- Automate application deployments, environment configurations, release processes, and rollback procedures using CI/CD platforms and scripting technologies such as Bash, Power Shell, or Python
- Build, deploy, and support containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Amazon ECS, or Google Kubernetes Engine
- Integrate Dev SecOps practices into delivery pipelines, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, access controls, and infrastructure security validation
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to improve application availability, infrastructure performance, and operational visibility
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, pipeline, deployment, networking, and configuration issues while supporting incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, security, and operations teams to improve release management, environment reliability, technical documentation, and Agile delivery processes




- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to support scripting, Terraform development, pipeline configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation while validating AI-generated outputs

What you'll bring

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Dev Ops engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar platforms
- Practical experience provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure as code methodologies
- Experience deploying and supporting applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or both
- Experience with Docker, containerized application deployments, and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Amazon ECS, or Google Kubernetes Engine
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure components, including compute, networking, storage, identity and access management, monitoring, and security
- Experience developing automation scripts using Bash, Power Shell, Python, or similar scripting languages
- Experience with Git, source control workflows, automated testing integration, release management, and deployment automation
- Understanding of Dev SecOps principles, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, application monitoring, and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site at CGI's Bogotá office and coordinate with distributed engineering teams

Desired qualifications / Strongly Preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience developing reusable Terraform modules, managing Terraform state, and implementing infrastructure governance and cloud cost optimization practices
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Cloud Watch, and Secrets Manager, or comparable GCP services such as Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, and Secret Manager
- Familiarity with Helm, Argo CD, Flux, Git Ops practices, and advanced deployment strategies such as blue-green, canary, rolling releases, and automated rollback
- Experience with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana,



Open Telemetry, Splunk, Datadog, or ELK, along with high availability and disaster recovery practices
- AWS or GCP cloud certifications, exposure to healthcare or regulated environments, or experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Git Hub Copilot or Gemini Code Assist
