Title: Dev Ops Engineer
Location: Remote LATAM
Duration: 12+ month contract
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Dev Ops Engineer About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Dev Ops Engineer to build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure in an Azure-focused environment. You'll work closely with development teams to streamline builds, deployments, and containerized workloads, and you'll help shape the team's tooling as it evolves.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev Ops using YAML
- Containerize applications with Docker and deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes
- Provision, configure, and support Azure cloud services and infrastructure
- Automate build, release, and operational tasks using Bash and Gradle
- Manage source control workflows and branching strategies in Git
- Monitor pipeline and environment health, and troubleshoot build and deployment issues
- Support the team's move to newer tooling, including Git Hub-based workflows

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops and YAML-based pipelines
- Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid working knowledge of Azure services
- Proficiency with Bash scripting, Git, and Gradle
- Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices and release automation

Nice to Have

- Experience with Git Hub Actions
- Exposure to Apache Spark and/or Databricks
- Familiarity with Jenkins
