You will speak directly with the firm's clients about their injuries and treatment, helping them understand why MRIs and follow-up care matter for their recovery and their case.NeoWork is a general staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.Key ResponsibilitiesSpeak with personal injury clients by phone or video about their injuries and medical treatment optionsExplain clearly why MRIs, diagnostic imaging, and follow-up care matterHelp clients understand how injuries, treatment, and recovery relate to their caseReinforce attorney and paralegal guidance in a medically credible, easy-to-understand waySuggest alternative treatment paths when clients are hesitant about a doctor's recommendationWork closely with attorneys, paralegals, and the firm's in-house nurse on complex casesDocument client conversations and outcomes accurately in the firm's case management systemMedical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited medical schoolExcellent spoken and written English, with confidence in client-facing conversationsAbility to explain medical concepts in simple,
