We are looking for professionals who can remotely direct voice talents during recording sessions, ensuring natural delivery and adherence to project guidelines.Role SummaryIn this role, you will oversee remote recording sessions through our proprietary platform, providing real-time guidance to voice talents to ensure accurate pronunciation, natural delivery, consistency across recording sessions, and adherence to project guidelines.Role ResponsibilitiesMonitor remote recording sessionsProvide real-time coaching on pronunciation, tone, pacing, prosody, enunciation, and natural speech deliveryVerify compliance with project guidelines and recording standardsEnsure recordings accurately follow the provided scriptsVerify that recordings reflect authentic contemporary Spanish (Colombia)Identify and report technical or environmental issues that may affect recording quality, including background noise, distortion, clipping, microphone artifacts,
