You manage the teams that build our Latin American products and their integrations with banks.
Each team has a tech lead who makes the technical decisions.
You make sure the teams have clear priorities, a realistic plan and the people they need.You will:Plan the work with the tech leads and keep delivery dates realisticSet priorities with product, so engineering works on what the business needsKeep the issue tracker up to dateRaise early warning for missing deadlinesHold 1:1s,
