We are looking for a Bilingual Accounts Payable Analyst (English B2+) to join our team in Bogotá.
Location: Bogotá (100% On-site)
Contract: Indefinite Term
English Level: B2+ Required
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and manage payment cycles efficiently.
Review invoice accuracy, coding, approvals, and tax compliance.
Monitor AP aging and ensure timely vendor payments.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare AP reports, dashboards, and management information reports (MIS).
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
Requirements:




2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience (Must have)
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Strong understanding of AP processes, workflows, and controls.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
