Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Release Manager to lead and modernize release management across a complex ecosystem of web, mobile, middleware, and backend applications.
This individual will own the end-to-end release lifecycle, partnering with Product, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver predictable, low-risk releases while driving automation and process improvements through modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.Day-to-DayPlan, schedule, and coordinate weekly production releases across multiple application teamsLead release bridges, Go/No-Go discussions, stakeholder communications, and deployment activitiesManage ServiceNow change requests, CAB approvals, and production release governanceCoordinate release scope, dependencies, risk assessments, testing sign-offs, and deployment readinessOversee deployments, production validation, rollback activities, and emergency hotfix releasesPartner with Product, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Support teams to ensure successful releasesTrack and communicate release status, risks, issues, and key metrics to stakeholdersDrive release automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies across the release lifecycleSkills and Requirements5+ years of Release Management experience in complex application environmentsExperience managing the full release lifecycle from planning through production deployment and validationExperience with ServiceNow Change Requests, CAB approvals, and change governance processesExperience leading release bridges, Go/No-Go meetings,
