Project Manager(s)
to oversee our construction projects in Latin America.
We have
2 vacancies
(one with 3-5 years of experience and the other with 5-10 years of experience)
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage construction projects to meet the agreed scope, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and local teams in each country.
Monitor progress and construction quality, and coordinate the resolution of site issues.
Prepare reports on project status, budgets, and matters requiring management decisions.
Travel to project locations within the countries covered by the role as required.
Education, Experienceand Language Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering or Architecture
.
Minimum
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to
communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
, including participating in meetings, coordinating with management and project teams, and preparing project reports.
