IT Support Technician/ Apple Technical Specialist with expertise in Macintosh OS, Apple hardware and google suiteBogota.
Full time On-site position.Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pmWhat you'll need:2 year's experienceHighly desible experience as Apple Technician in Mac center stores.Proficiency in Macintosh OS and Apple Hardware, troubleshooting, and customer service.Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF Pro, SalesForce, Microsoft OfficeAbility to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.Able to read and understand technical manuals.Serving multi employee locations.Familiar with general cloud softwareExperience in troubleshooting and resolving issues.Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate professionalism while maintaining composure in stressful situations.
