and follow-ups.Provide outstanding customer service while managing a high volume of inquiries.What We're Looking For3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Appointment Setting, Intake Coordination, Administrative Support, Hospitality, or similar client-facing roles.Advanced English (C1+) and native/fluent Spanish.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
