Role Description

This is a remote role for a Legal Assistant specializing in Family Law and Immigration. Key responsibilities include drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, maintaining accurate client records, and providing administrative support. The Legal Assistant will assist attorneys in case preparation, manage client communications, and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.

Qualifications





- Experience with Family Law, Immigration Law, or related legal practices
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and understanding of legal terminology
- Strong oral and written Communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, files, and client records
- Background in Legal Assistance, including research, case management, and client support
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with legal software and relevant office tools
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a must.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word (Microsoft 365).
