Oracle is seeking a Renewal Specialist to drive contract renewals with existing customers in Bogotá. You will manage timely renewals for small to mid-sized accounts, educate clients on business practices and contractual implications, and forecast territory opportunities to support sales planning.
You will handle outbound renewal calls, transfer high-potential leads to sales representatives, and ensure customers understand Oracle's portfolio.
