What will you do in this role
Handle incoming calls from patients of dental clinics in the U.S. in English.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using a specialized dental practice management system.
Guide patients regarding their healthcare needs, procedures, and insurance coverage.
Address questions and objections with empathy, turning every call into a positive experience.
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.
Comply with confidentiality and privacy standards HIPAA regulations.
Meet quality, efficiency, and appointment conversion targets.
The profile we are looking for
Advanced or bilingual English proficiency minimum B2C1 level the operation is 100 in English.
Experience in customer service,



call centers, or BPO operations healthcare experience is a plus.
Proficiency in digital tools and appointment scheduling systems.
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and objectionhandling skills.
A discreet, organized, and resultsoriented professional with a strong focus on meeting performance metrics.
