Test Engineer (Autonomy) at Baires Dev

What You'll Do

- Design and implement comprehensive simulation pipelines to evaluate autonomous vehicle performance.
- Develop diverse testing scenarios that stress-test autonomy logic across various operational domains.
- Oversee large-scale data analysis to identify edge cases and drive improvements in system reliability.
- Manage offline evaluation frameworks to provide actionable feedback for engineering teams.
- Establish robust automated testing protocols to streamline the verification process for mission-critical software.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, QA,



or Validation Engineering roles.
- Proven expertise in autonomous vehicle validation, simulation pipelines, and scenario generation.
- Hands‑on experience with simulation frameworks such as CARLA or NVIDIA DRIVE Sim.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for large‑scale data analysis and pipeline ownership.
- Deep understanding of offline evaluation and testing methodologies for autonomy logic.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
