Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Product Design Systems Designer to drive how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a reusable system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute without questions.
This is a senior, systems-first role focused on rapid, correct implementation across several client brands, not one-off pages or maintenance. Remote work within Latin America.
