URGENT HIRING - Sales Supervisor | Residential Energy (U.S. Market)

About the Role

We are urgently hiring a high-level Sales Supervisor to fully lead and control our U.S. residential energy sales operation . This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role for someone who truly understands the U.S. energy market and knows how to drive teams, numbers, and results .

This role is NOT entry-level . We are looking for a proven sales leader who can take ownership of the operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of the residential energy sales team (U.S. market).
- Drive sales performance, productivity, and revenue growth.
- Create, implement, and optimize aggressive sales strategies.
- Monitor KPIs, daily production, and team performance.
- Train, coach, and push sales reps to hit and exceed targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and U.S.



energy regulations.
- Handle escalations, negotiations, and key deal support.
- Report directly to management with clear results and metrics.

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

- Strong, proven experience in U.S. residential energy sales. :

- Previous experience as Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager / Team Lead .

- Fluent English (spoken & written) - REQUIRED. :

- Deep understanding of the U.S. energy sales process.

- Strong leadership mindset with a results-driven attitude.

- Ability to manage pressure, deadlines, and high-performance teams.
