About the role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We're looking for a Legal Counsel to advise on compliance and legal issues around our financial products.

What you'll be doing





- Advising the business on compliance and legal issues surrounding structuring of new and existing financial products in payments, investment, and banking
- Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products
- Organizing local corporate structure
- Drafting and negotiating intragroup agreements and contractual documentation with external vendors and suppliers
- Excelling at leadership while also undertaking executional work
- Handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times

What you'll need

- 5+ years of PQE
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Experience leading/managing teams
- Experience advising on financial regulations in Colombia
- Sound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset
- Confidence making decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete information
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English (C1+ level)

Nice to have

- A master's degree
- Experience with applicable procedures for litigation with financial supervisors
