Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned focus, responsibilities may include:
Communicating with candidates regarding onboarding requirements, documentation, and next steps.
Coordinating onboarding activities and following up on outstanding requirements.
Conducting and documenting Form I-9 employment eligibility verifications in accordance with applicable procedures.
Reviewing employee documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and onboarding files.
Coordinating with Recruiting, Human Resources, and Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Supporting other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Previous experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, candidate communication, HR administration, or document verification is a plus.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Experience flexibility: Candidates do not need to have experience in every area listed.
We are open to candidates with relevant experience in either candidate-facing coordination or I-9 verification and documentation.
Employment Conditions
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM.
Breaks: One-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.
