Highly Desired:
- Previous recruitment experience within: Mining Oil & Gas Engineering Construction Energy Industrial or project-based environments
- Experience supporting recruitment activities for the United States and/or Canadian markets.
- Experience recruiting for technical, project, engineering, operational, or professional services roles.
- Knowledge of direct sourcing techniques, talent pipelining, and market mapping.
- Experience working within a shared services, recruitment hub, or general recruiting model
