platacard is seeking a Payroll Manager in Colombia to lead end-to-end monthly payroll for 150+ employees, ensure accuracy, tax compliance, and timely payments. This role coordinates with HR, Finance, and Accounting, and drives transitions of payroll services to strengthen internal processes.
You will design standardized payroll processes, controls, and reporting, manage relationships with external providers, and guide stakeholders through payroll governance.
