Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner and with a solution-oriented approach.

- Information Management

Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Update the database with relevant customer information and their inquiries.

- Support and Assistance

Assist customers with order, return, and exchange processes.

Guide customers in the use of products and services, providing basic technical solutions when necessary.

- Continuous Improvement

Identify and communicate areas for improvement in customer service processes.

Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

- Collaboration





Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Share customer feedback and suggestions with the management team to improve the customer experience.

Profile We Are Looking For:

- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative tasks.
- Education in Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Attention to detail and experience in telephone management
- Knowledge of CRMs, advanced Excel, Google Suite.
- C1 English and/or Portuguese (desirable)
