We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to serve as a trusted right-hand to leadership. You'll own both executive support and social media strategy, while also building and managing AI-powered automation workflows to scale our operations. This is a role for someone who catches errors others miss, anticipates needs before they're asked, and thrives on turning chaos into systems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage executive calendar, schedule, travel arrangements, and event coordination with precision
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders (event planners, vendors, partners) via email and calls
- Develop and execute social media content strategy; create, schedule, and monitor posts across platforms
- Build and manage Claude AI-powered automated agents and workflows to handle repetitive business processes
- Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, brand alignment, and quality; flag and fix errors
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to the leadership team




- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and support general business operations
- Maintain organized systems for documents, files, and project tracking

What We Are Looking For:

- 2+ years of executive assistant, administrative, or operations experience
- 1+ years of social media management or content creation experience
- Advanced proficiency with Claude AI; demonstrated experience building AI agents or automating workflows
- Flawless written and verbal English communication for external-facing interactions
- Proactive mindset — you anticipate problems and suggest solutions without being asked
- Detail-oriented; you catch typos, inconsistencies, and logical errors in workflows
- Trustworthy, nurturing personality; comfortable building a close working relationship with leadership
- Strong work ethic and commitment to long‑term role stability
- Must be located in an EST timezone country (e.g., Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Panama)
