Our client is a healthtech company building AI products that work inside clinical workflows across Latin America, from consultation transcription to structured medical records and clinical decision support.
You’ll build and lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, set technical direction for automations and integrations, and own client deployments from scoping to go-live.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers
- Set technical direction for RPA, integrations and AI-powered workflows
- Own client deployments end to end, with health systems and clinical teams
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in software development, automation or systems integration
- 2+ years leading engineers, Python and JavaScript, APIs and SQL
- Fluent Spanish
