You will build flows, segments, templates, campaigns, and automation inside Klaviyo, and manage SMS end-to-end.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Retention. The ideal candidate works daily inside Klaviyo, builds campaigns directly, and drives lifecycle marketing
