Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote US digital agency of 30 to 40 people running websites, SEO, paid media and branding. As Head of Finance and Operations you own finance end to end, plus the people operations that go with it, reporting straight to ownership as the senior finance person. You run it on your own.
You will manage monthly closes, FP&A;, cash, payroll setup, contracts, and cross-country onboarding for a remote team, with substantial overlap with US business hours.
