Sauce is seeking a People & Recruitment Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across the organization and to drive a growing People Operations function. The role is hands-on, partnering with executive stakeholders in the US and Israel, reporting to Head of People, with a schedule aligned to US Eastern time. Based in South America or Mexico, the candidate will operate in a distributed, remote environment. You will source, screen, offer, and manage onboarding and lifecycle administration.
