This is a hands-on DBA role focused on database administration, performance, security, and reliability—not Data Engineering.The mandatory requirements are 3–4 years of hands-on DBA experience, Microsoft SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL, PowerShell or Python, Terraform, Confluent Kafka, AWS RDS and Aurora, performance tuning, high availability and disaster recovery, and an upper-intermediate English level.WHAT YOU WILL DOMaintain high availability of production database systems and keep them performing well.Plan for and carry out disaster recovery, ensuring zero data loss in case of disaster.Keep database systems secure, including access control, and adhere to security protocols.Analyze and tune database performance, and diagnose difficult performance issues.Work closely with engineers on system design,
