We are looking for a high-energy, curious and proactive student who enjoys connecting with people, bringing new ideas to the table and making things happen.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to experience Talent Acquisition beyond the administrative side of recruitment. We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic and creative personality who is comfortable interacting with candidates, recruiters, Hiring Managers and different stakeholders, while contributing fresh perspectives to our talent initiatives.





The ideal candidate is someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, they ask questions, explore possibilities, take ownership and look for better ways of doing things.

What are we looking for?

- Current students: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
- University approval: You must be eligible and authorized by your university to complete a professional internship.
- Availability: Ideally available for a 12-month internship starting in Juanuary 2027.
- English: Advanced English, with the ability to understand business materials and participate in regional meetings.
- AI mindset: Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and, most importantly, curiosity about how technology can help us work smarter.
- Curiosity: We're looking for people with a great attitude, eager to learn, explore and ask "Why?" — people who aren't afraid to challenge themselves and discover better ways of doing things.
- Location: Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bogotá
