Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to U.S. residential customers.
Present and sell residential energy products and services.
Follow established sales scripts and processes.
Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Accurately update customer information and sales records.
Collaborate with supervisors to improve performance.
Requirements : English level: Intermediate to Advanced (required).
Previous experience in sales, call center, or telemarketing preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Results-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
Ability to work on-site in Barranquilla, Colombia.
Reliable, punctual, and open to coaching.
