What we look for in you:

- C1/C2 English (Validation required).
- Education: Student or professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in BPO or multichannel customer service.
- Skills:

- Ability to handle objections and answer questions clearly and persuasively.
