Senior ServiceNow Engineer at BairesDev
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep platform expertise and strong technical capabilities. You'll design and implement enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions while leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams. Your expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and JavaScript will be crucial in delivering robust, scalable solutions that drive business transformation.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and applications.
- Implement and customize ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) solutions.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations using JavaScript.
- Lead technical implementations and provide guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize ServiceNow platform performance and ensure best practices implementation.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- 4-5 years of recent ServiceNow development experience.
- 1-2 years of recent HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) experience.
- 1-2 years of recent JavaScript experience OR clear background as ServiceNow developer or functional consultant.
- Experience in Senior Developer or Tech Lead roles.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
- Advanced level of English.
