We are Lee's Moving Company, a top-rated moving company in Pompano Beach, Florida, USA. We are hiring a full-time remote sales consultant to join our team long-term.

The job has two lanes.

Lane one: customers request moving quotes on our website all day, and you call them back fast (our standard is under 5 minutes), ask the right questions using our exact playbook, quote the move over the phone at our hourly rates, follow up persistently, and book the job by collecting the deposit.

Lane two: outbound calling to homeowners in our area who are about to move (new home listings and similar lists we provide), where your job is to open well, find the ones who have not chosen a mover yet, and turn them into quotes. If you have real cold calling experience and do not fear the phone, this seat pays. Everything happens by phone, text, and email inside our CRM.

Pay, in plain numbers: 4% commission on every move you book on your own, 2% when you close with help from our team. No cap. You start with a guaranteed minimum of $700 USD per month for your first 2 months, paid every two weeks, and $600 per month after that.

What we expect, and what's possible: book at least $22,000 a month in moves by your third month, and aim for $30,000 or more. Our average move is $1,900 and the leads are provided. Here's what that pays:

$30,000 booked: $900 to $1,200 a month

$45,000 booked: $1,350 to $1,800 a month

$60,000 booked (what top reps in our industry book): $1,800 to $2,400 a month The lower number is if half your deals need team help, the higher one is if you close everything yourself. There is no ceiling: the more you close on your own, the more you make.



We'll walk you through exactly how your commission is calculated in the interview.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm US Eastern time (with a 1-hour break), and Saturday 9am to 2pm. Sundays off. These hours are fixed, because evenings and Saturdays are when customers answer.

Requirements: excellent clear spoken English (shortlisted applicants complete a short voice audition, and it is the most important step in our process), at least 1 year of phone sales experience with US customers including real outbound cold calling, quiet workspace, reliable internet (25 Mbps+) with a backup connection, backup power (UPS or generator), good headset.

Bilingual

English/Spanish is a plus. We provide the US phone system, the CRM, scripts, training, and weekly coaching on your recorded calls.
