We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented logistics professional with experience in freight brokerage operations to join our team as a Track & Trace Coordinator (After Hours) in Barranquilla, Colombia. If you have a proven track record of maintaining total shipment visibility, resolving operational disruptions proactively, and ensuring high service accuracy during critical after-hours shifts, this role is for you.

About the Role Your main role will be to monitor active shipments from pickup through final delivery, maintain accurate real-time updates in the TMS, and communicate directly with carriers and drivers across strategic U.S. freight lanes. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling 10–15 active loads per night, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, urgency, and follow-through to identify potential service failures early and coordinate effective load recovery solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications A strong foundation in track & trace procedures, freight tracking, and logistics operations is required. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-volume after-hours execution will be essential to preventing delays and exceeding service expectations. Additionally, you must bring a proactive attitude, strong accountability, and the resilience to interact professionally with carriers, drivers, and facility personnel.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Track & Trace, freight brokerage, dispatch, or U.S. logistics operations.

Specialized Experience: Hands-on experience with refrigerated (reefer) freight.

Language:



Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 level, written and spoken).

Work Setup & Availability: On-site in Barranquilla, Colombia (Full-time). Availability to work after-hours (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and afternoon/evening (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) shifts.

Nice to have

Familiarity with TMS platforms, digital load boards, load recovery protocols, and facility appointment scheduling.
