We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce & nCino Business Analyst to bring structure, discipline, and predictability to the SDLC for a commercial banking team. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has not only worked within established processes, but has built or reshaped SDLC practices themselves.

You’ll help transform business requirements into clearly defined, testable, and valuable releases while improving quality and reducing defects. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, QA, and developers responsible for CI/CD.

What You’ll Do

SDLC & Release Management

- Introduce and improve BRD templates, requirements ceremonies, and structured sign-off processes from requirements through UAT and release approval.
- Help shift the team from frequent deployments toward a scheduled release cadence driven by business value.
- Bridge business requirements with the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring work entering the pipeline is clearly defined, testable, and approved.

Requirements & Quality

- Lead discovery sessions with lending, credit, relationship management, and operations stakeholders.
- Create user stories in Azure DevOps with clear, testable acceptance criteria.
- Maintain traceability from BRDs through implementation and release.
- Perform fit-gap analysis across standard Salesforce functionality, nCino configuration, and custom development.




- Coordinate UAT and collaborate with QA on automated tests tied directly to acceptance criteria.

Documentation & Enablement

- Connect Azure DevOps processes with SharePoint.
- Improve the structure and usability of documentation and training materials.
- Use AI tools to accelerate requirements and documentation work and support broader team adoption.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience as a functional Business Analyst.
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Hands-on nCino experience involving at least one implementation or major enhancement.
- Commercial banking experience involving lending, credit, loan origination, or relationship management.
- Proven experience building or reshaping SDLC processes, including templates, ceremonies, sign-off gates, or release cadence.
- Experience writing BRDs and user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
- Experience leading UAT.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across business users, developers, and leadership.
- Advanced English, written and spoken, at C1 level or higher for collaboration with US-based clients.

Preferred Qualifications

- Azure DevOps and SharePoint proficiency.
- Hands-on experience configuring or scripting automated test cases using tools such as ACCELQ.
- Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, nCino, CBAP, CSPO, or PSPO.
