Compensation: $1400-$2500 USD Per Month

Hiring REMOTE Customer Support Representatives - Multiple positions immediately available. We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Customer Support Representative positions to hire immediately. You would be working directly with the business.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Create, update, and track support tickets through to resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and follow up until they're closed.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates as needed.




- Monitor customer satisfaction and share feedback to help improve products and service.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze client feedback.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
- High level of motivation and persistence.
- Energetic and upbeat.
- Team player.
- Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
