At MOLDEATE WORLD , we are looking for a proactive, communicative, and results-driven person to join our team and support our customer service and sales operations in the U.S. market.

We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and turning conversations into successful sales.

Your main responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls and digital channels.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and support the conversion of leads into customers.
- Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and pending purchases.
- Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in our CRM.
- Support daily sales and customer service operations.

What we’re looking for:





- Fluent or advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Previous experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales, or inside sales is preferred.
