Civil Engineering / Land Development Professional – AutoCAD

WeCollabify is looking for a Civil Engineering / Land Development Professional to support a growing U.S.-based civil engineering firm.

This role is ideal for a highly technical, production-focused professional with strong experience in grading plans, land development drawings, and AutoCAD production .

What you’ll work on:

- Grading plans and production sheets
- Commercial and industrial land development projects
- Residential developments and subdivisions
- Apartment complexes, mixed-use projects, and warehouses
- Civil engineering documentation using AutoCAD

Requirements:

- 8-10+ years of experience in civil engineering / land development
- Strong experience preparing grading plans
- U.S. project experience is required
- Advanced AutoCAD skills
- Strong technical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and ask clear questions when needed
- English C1 required
